Our firm has always devoted itself to give the customer quality and efficiency in carrying out its products and services.Now it is glad to give a further guarantee: '' The Certification of Quality'' in accordance with the regulation Uni En Iso 9002 , certificate n. 55. Quality and efficiency became thus the two most important things hold by the whole firm organization. The guarantee of quality concerns not only the product but also the whole personnel: the system of quality includes organization structure, many responsibilities, procedures and resources used in the production of the various items. To get the certification it was necessary to follow a given procedure, which was elaborated together with all the firm functions and is described in the Handbook of Quality, written on the basis of the international criteria ( Uni En Iso 9000). By respecting the working procedures analyzed in the Handbook we can guarantee to the customer the quality standard of all our manufacturings.
